请问E中of ..grasping是什么结构，和那个平行？应该不会是和self-awareness 平行吧？因为spontaneouly是副词，所以断定grasping是个形容词

of...grasping 应该和of recognizing 平行，接在are capable 后面。是介词短语结构吧。

可是E中的an ability 跟哪个词是同位语？这个也是重要语法点阿。我觉得B！
