这个选项是正确答案，虽然用GWD的相关法很容易选出来，做的时候没有读大懂

Those willing to break the law to commit serious crimes are often in committing such crimes unwilling to observe what they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law.

（1）请问这句话的后半句unwilling to observe是修饰such crimes吗？还是修饰Those的？
（2）what they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law可以翻译成“他们认为交通法是更小的限制”吗？
（3）整句话能不能翻译一下？

我觉得是个倒装句：
Those willing to break the law to commit serious crimes are often unwilling to observe what they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law in committing such crimes.
unwilling to observe what they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law有个很长的宾语从句，所以选择了倒装把状语提前，否则写成unwilling to observe what they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law in committing such crimes.的形式in committing such crimes.的修饰对象有歧义。

what they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law=something that they regard as the lesser constraints of traffic law=something they regard that as the lesser constraints of traffic law
that是regard的宾语，很容易翻译

感觉你语法基础还需要加强，倒装看不出来，宾语从句的还原也不是很熟练。

多谢大神啦~真是令人茅塞顿开，豁然开朗啊~~语法不好还蛮影响CR的，有的句子写的真的是很拗口，做的时候没时间看的太细，1分半必须解决，做完了再来分析选项，还是发现还是蛮有料的~
