标题: 求请教几道SC的题，百思不得其解啊大家帮帮忙啊！

求助求助！做题的时候有一些疑问，求各位大神指点指点啊！！谢谢啊！

1.Because anoversupply of computer chips has sent prices plunging, themanufacturer has announced that it will cut production by closing its factoriesfor two days a month.

A. Because an oversupply of computer chips hassent prices plunging

B. Because of plunging prices for computerchips, which is due to an oversupply

C. Because computer chip prices have been sentplunging, which resulted from an oversupply

D. Due to plunging computer chip prices from anoversupply

E. Due to an oversupply, with the result that computerchip prices have been sent plunging
我选了D，答案是A，真的是因为because比due to好的缘故吗？

这道题是OG2016里SC的79题的正确答案，可是我想不通的是arose这里不能做谓语，那就是被动语态咯？可是arose不是不及物动词吗？实在是想不通啊，望大神指教啊！！！

这是OG 2016里SC的第6题，正确答案是 perhaps none was more concentrated than
解释说这里不能用“is”，因为后面用的是“brought”。可是这不是你陈述一个客观比较吗，而且是Of all the vast tides of migration that have swept through history，搞不动为什么要用过去时啊。。。。。欲哭无泪

1."Because" and "due to", by themselves, ARE NOT modifiers. (If you understand that a "modifier" is an additional description that explains or describes something, then you'll already know this -- it's clear that these words by themselves can't describe anything.)
"Because xxxxx", where xxxxx is a sentence, is a single modifier.
"Because of xxxxx", where xxxxx is a noun (possibly with some modifiers of its own), is a single modifier.
"Due to xxxxx", where xxxxx is a noun (possibly with some modifiers of its own), is a single modifier.
A: explains the entire idea of the following sentence, as required.
D: If you replace the underline thing with this thing, then you're obliged to describe the following noun, which is "the manufacturer".
The manufacturer is not due to plunging chip prices, so that's nonsense.

所以意思是说和GMAT对due to、because的偏好无关，真正原因是用名词的形式表达不如用句子的形式表达来的清楚，是吗？
