标题: 诚心求教：在四大工作2-3年可以申到什么层次的学校？
第一次发帖还是有点紧张的~

楼主目前打算先到四大工作2-3年再申MBA，想提前有一个大致的定位，也想知道在接下来的三年中能为MBA申请做些什么准备，希望各位大神指点一二。

BG如下：
211财经会计本，GPA3.6+，GMAT考了一次740（有点尴尬的分不知道要不要再刷)
本科期间有国家奖学金，一学期的加拿大交流，一份某四大的实习。

楼主大学期间一直打算出国读master的，但是经过和众多前辈的交流和自己对于工作和学习的感悟之后打算先工作再申MBA。
目前已经有四大的offer，但是心里还是很纠结的，特别是在CD看到海量四大背景的申请者就更加心虚。
诚心希望各位前辈能给出一些意见，在四大工作期间应该如何differentiate BG? 这样的背景在有工作经验后大概能申到什么样的学校？

GMAT分数申S16足够了，可以在审计干2年跳到资本市场（IB\PE\VC）、corp finance、或者四大的advisory，都会比单纯的审计背景更有竞争力一点。审计打打财务基础还挺不错的。

Hey there,
Well you are off to a good start! You have a fantastic GMAT! And a Good offer. To answer your question: The Big 4 are good employers but not the top of the top. In Top 10 schools things can get preeeeetty competitive amongst Big 4 applicants because there are soon many of you. You can try applying for MBB, and then your B-schools chances should be higher if you can delay your Big 4 offer.

Hi Jon,
So sorry for the late reply. MBB was too hard for me to get in. I already worked in Big 4 for 2 years and plan to apply this year. As you said I saw many Big 4 applicants in different info sessions. I want to know how can I make my profile more competitive as an young applicant and which level of school should I target this year. Thank you very much!

非常感谢你的建议！目前审计2年了，感觉确实财务基础扎实了很多，个人也得到很大成长，计划今年先申请试一试，如果没有收到满意的offer就考虑跳一跳了。

Thank you! You should target a mix of schools

It isn't smart to simply target top 10 US - it's too competitive even with a 740 given how many are applying from your background. Focus on consulting schools and apply to schools that are lower ranked but still top 20 or Oxford, Cambridge, Rotman, etc. Just don't throw everything into top 10. Networking too is a huge part of getting MBB attention, especially in the US. Good luck!

楼主好！很激动能找到一个有比较相同的历程的人呜呜呜
我现在也是本科大四拿到了四大某家税务offer，同样是一开始决心要申master，g也是740
也在纠结是放弃offer继续申请好还是像您一样先工作再读
想问一下这两年工作以来根据您的体会和经验，您还是会建议我先去四大工作吗，还是说会觉得读master更好呢
