不知道单单讨论一个用法的存在是不是有点铢锱必较，但是不弄清出不甘心呀，这个问题是由下题引发的：

GWD7-15

在相关的讨论贴中，几乎所有人都证实了at a cost of 这个用法的不存在，可是偶今天偶然翻了下Longman 4th,赫然发现有如下例句：

at a cost of：The new building's going up at a cost of $82 million.中文版的翻译是：修建这座大楼要花费8200万美元。

仔细回想了一下，这本字典是几个月前特意在西单图书大厦买的，应该不会是盗版呀，那就奇怪为什么和大家的不一样呢？

at a cost of is an idiom and it means at the loss or expense of.

同意楼上，另外ETS确实有强词夺理的地方，有些霸王语法条款还是得依GWD和OG来定夺。
