答案我也觉得是B
1。C没有充分必要关系
2。B有充分必要关系：responsible--->can not conclude that... 即Anson的最后一句话（也是该充分必要关系）
3。易混的是E，但E是该充分必要关系的逆命题，故不是MUST BE TRUE
4。该题是MUST BE TRUE题，所以读题重点不在前提和结论，而在于能否推出新的东西，否则只记住信息。
