30. Energy quantity produced in X country was as three times much as that in Y country last year. Meanwhile, nuclear energy produced of these two country were the same. If in X country nuclear energy accounted for k percent of the total energy amount, what percente in term of k is Y’s nuclear engergy to Y’s total energy produce?

If in X country nuclear energy accounted for k percent of the total energy amount,中的the total energy amount,是指X国的,还是X与Y国两国的总数,因为我看题目最后如果是说Y国的话,单独有标明Y’s total energy produce
