还有网上答案：在GMAT中经常出现，定义就是“谁”是“谁”。they were not inspirations，不管是肯定还是否定，逻辑上把“他们”定义为 “inspirations”
为什么不能说they were not inspirations

这个似乎是GMAT强调的动词效果会好于名词。Western designers, artists, and crafters were inspired 要好过 inspirations of Western designers, artists, and crafters imitations ‘s。何况E答案没有加S。 A是英语常用的一个表达句子（GMAT有时候会倒装出现，但是本题C不对，因为句意强调的是这些个artifact，因此做that从句后的主语动词要好过被动），和“so that”一样出现，就是高度疑似正确答案 （类似还有个什么题说某个女记者直到水门事件之后才被大家所知也是这个结构）。作者: 玄子 时间: 2015-10-17 19:20
