但是就是不是很理解E选项OG的解释。

OG是这样解释的：

The use of the present perfect progressive have been enduring is not grammatically incorrct, but it is rhetorically inappropriate and sounds exaggerated.

我不是很理解它的解释，然后我想问一下，在GMAT考试中有没有严格的关于have done和have been doing的区别。

本人是小白，希望NN能解释一下这个问题！么么哒！

Have been doing：表达一种动作在过去发生了但持续在进行的意思；强调的是一种进行的状态；
而have done表达的是一种动作发生在过去，完结了后状态持续到现在，或者发生在过去但是动作没有完结持续到现在；

那么句子中说用完成进行时太夸张的意思就是：句子其实并没有表明endure这个动作是已经持续了6000年就完结，还是6000持续了之后还继续进行。但是完成进行时就表示了后者，强加了意思。

the combination of a reliable supply of water and good growing conditions中a reliable supply of water是a complex gerund,good growing conditions 是simple greund,用and连接不是要平行吗，可是mahattan 说simple gerund 不能跟complex gerund平行呀？求解，我写的有点乱不知道大家看不看得懂

我从句子意思角度来说吧，这种结合实质上改变了现在的艰难情况，因此这个动作不会再进行下去了，以后不需要再endure了

以下是个人想法 open to discussion

根据RON对现在完成时用法的说明，其中有一点是
对于 Actions that represent states (= that last for a certain duration)
If, for this kind of verb, "has/have VERBed" is used with a time duration, then ...
... it has happened for that duration up to now;
... it may still be happening, or it may just have ended.

应该就是说明句中的verb之后有可能发生也有可能不再发生

结合原句，我认为原句中at least的表达很贴合这个用法，
因为at least 包含了两种可能性即大于6000年，或者等于6000年，表明过去到现在已经持续了6000年，但是之后有没有持续不确定

而现在完成进行时的含义应该是表示过去开始，现在有，以后也会持续的动作，有点排除了at least中=6000年的可能性
所以我觉得这里的at least让现在完成时的用法更精确

不知道想的对不对...希望有NN来指教一下
