1。E错在不知MAJOR CROPS能否代替rice，故无关

2.将A取非，如果对rice的人均需求soon减少的话，原文结论就不能成立。故为假设

A答案我理解了，但我理解的E答案是：除了rice外没有一种主要食物可以用来平衡国内产量和需求之间的差异。也就是说只有rice才能满足人口需求的增长，在国内产量不变的前提下，只有通过进口才能满足需求。

E的错误在于它并没有说other corps是用来平衡rice的,而只是说other corps的供求是否平衡, 因此E错了.
