第一个选Ａ　，ＳＵＣＨ　ＡＳ　有２种用法．一是表示举例，２是表示和．．．．．一样．ＡＳ　引导状语从句．Ａ就是用法２．

第二题选Ｄ，首先主谓一致，排除ＡＢＣ．ＰＲＯＶＩＤＥ　的用法如下，ＰＲＯＶＩＤＥ　ＳＢ　ＷＩＴＨ　ＳＴＨ　．ＰＲＯＶＩＤＥ　ＳＴＨ　ＦＯＲ　ＳＢ／ＦＯＲ　ＳＴＨ／ＦＯＲ　ＤＯＩＮＧ　ＳＴＨ．

第1题b 为什么不对啊？时态上好像应该用过去完成时吧？请讨论。

"provide sb. to do sth." can not be applied here.

provide for必须连在一起使用。这里不是provide for，而是provide sth(support)

然后 support for...for的介词结构是作support的定语

第2题明白了，当时做的时候没考虑仔细，觉得顺口的就选了provide...to...

第1题比较权威的答案是A（并不保证一定对）, 但是我想请教一下,为什么像下面这样还原不对

是不是such和as共存必然导致such as的词组搭配？

e选项的还原改变的原意。原意是没有什么别造成如此大的轰动；e选项的意思变成没有别的，而只有its return造成了轰动。产生这样结果的原因是没有such。

B中 had (助动词)的时态(过去完成时态)不对.而这里应该有一般过去时态 did (助动词).
