答案是 E，我想问为什么C是错的？

解析上说one of every eight workers与原句要表达的one out of everyeight workers不同，前者是“八人中的一人”，

而后者是“每八人中就有一人”，这两者不是一样的么？

还有独立主格C选项中的with one of everyeight workers having been employed in automobile-related jobs.

和E选项中的with one out of everyeight workers employed in an automobile-related job.

有啥理解上的区别？

1. one OUT of every X 固定搭配
2. one out of every X 单数不能用jobs
3. with having done这种结构高度怀疑

没啥区别，只不过C表达别扭+语法错误，这句话想说什么通过C也能看出来啊。
