我对答案没有异议；只是不明白为什么题目中的时态是现在完成时。请教大家！

新东方online class说：GMAT不考一般现在时：经常发生的动作

所以这题我想也不能用过去时 "often"

所以采用现在完成时。

猜的。呵呵

时态这种东西绝大多数都必须通过上下文才能完全清晰。

不过就这个句子来说，不妨考虑这个场景：一位导游向游客介绍这个景点，就可以用这句话。意思是来过这里的游客看到过猴在树上睡觉，云云……

类似的用法屡见不鲜，尤其是说道，看见过，听到过,此类曾经的动作的时候，用现在完成时是非常标准的。一个曾经举过的例子：

I have seen wolves in that forest. 如果改成 I saw wolves in that forest. 意思就全变了。
