The way an idea proposed can affect a person's decision whether to accept it or not to a certain degree.
1For those rational people the way an idea proposed is less important than the merit of the idea itself. However, the way an idea presented will more or less affect the person's decisiono whether to accept it or not, even if that is the rational people being considered.
2For those emotional people the way an idea proposed can sometimes outweigh the merit of the idea.
3Which is more important of an idea, the way presented or the meirt? That is not an either-or choice. If a well-meaning idea is proposed in a very aggressive way, even the most rational person can lose temper and refuse to accept it. And there are cases that sometimes emotional people can tolerate a good idea rudely presented.
