语法中的题目，但意思不理解，请帮忙：

men 之前的of 是怎么来的，这句话在说什么？请说明一下，谢谢！

请查实一下红色部分, 我觉得有问题.

这个好象以前讨论过，this most bland and circumspect of men是从句的主语。我的理解，意思是“这个非常平和而谨慎的人”，是英语中的一种用法。
