这题的答案是选E啦，我的疑惑可能也很简单，就是 that were cut 变成了 cut这个问题，我记得如果把从句变成分词的话，分词的时态就要变成主句的时态了吧，原来的that were cut表示过去时，现在直接用cut不是应该缺少了过去时态了吗，毕竟主句是现在完成时啊，请NN赐教
