我怎么觉得b 和d也对亚？ d 是不是因为reason后面应该加why而不是that. 那么b怎么不对了？

D中being的逻辑主语不清晰; B的being不好, 不简洁, GMAT很少单独用Being是正确的(是单独, 但是像Despite being这类不再我所说的范围之中).
