What does 'county’s “Report on Tourism” ' refer to? In fact I do not understand this question at all.

题目是说: 一个城市的REPORT说,我们A市比另一个B市招揽的游客多.

而B市的一个旅馆BB说我们比A市的AA游客多.

这样一来,如果REPORT是正确的话,说明A市游客总数多,但分散不同旅馆.

所以B是错的.

不是.这实质上就是一个分析矛盾来源的问题.
