116. “All employees should help decide how the revenues of their company or business should be used.”
Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the opinion stated above. Support your views with reasons and/or examples from your own experience, observations, or reading.

1A certain department, say the financial department, should be authorised to make the decision of the company's revenue distribution. They are specified in dealing with the finance of a certain company. All the members of the financial department have expertise and experience which will help them make professional decisions of the company.

2It is counterproductive to let all the employees involve in the decisions of the disposition of revenues.

3However, the company should do it best to perfect the decision making process, including supervision and counsel from other parts of the company. Leave the financial department alone to make the decision will inevitablely cause corruption and disregard of the shareholders' benefit. And the members of the financial department will take advantage of the decision making at the expense of other co-workers.

1. Employees should have a say. People working in marketing should help a company to create advertisings, marketing campaign, and market analysis. People in finance should help determine the budgeting and accounting of a company. IT should help promote better information flow and applications that can speed up the work.
2. Decision should compass a company, providing long term successes, overall well-being of the workforce, and financial stability. Therefore, final decision should be made based on information provided by different groups and evaluated using a bird's-eye view.
3. Employees from individual department may not be equipped with all tools and information to make an informed decision.
