标题: MBA durham AND edinburgh

本人只能在这两个学校里面选一个,希望知道两校的优缺点,请知道的各位给点意见,谢谢啦

In my opinion Edinburgh is much better. Do some research in this forum and you should be able to find some threads about these two schools.

谢谢先,你能具体说说原因吗,ED的名气是比DURHAM大,起码中国是这样.但从FT的MBA 2005上看后者比前者还要高两位, 所以想知道怎么去做RESEARCH可以得出合适的结论

In terms of locations, Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland while Durham is literally in the middle of nowhere. The ranking difference is almost negligible given one is at Position 91 and another 93.

And Edinburgh is such a beautiful city.

I am living in London and currently having no plan whatsoever to move to Edinburgh in the near future. I've only been there on holiday.

I am sure Edinburgh also offers scholarships. Check it out on its website.

China:
Sir Gordon & Lady Ivy Wu Scholarship
A scholarship is awarded annually to a Chinese citizen who is normally resident in China or the Hong Kong SAR who has attended the City University of Hong Kong. The scholarship is available to a student who has been accepted at the University of Edinburgh to study on a full-time Master's programme in any subject area. The value of the award is £15,000 and is tenable for one year.

以前没有看到,很认真看了一下,要求很高,如果我有那么牛,怎么也不会在ed和DURHAM之间选了,另外,按照要求看一个N/A,另外两个时间DEADLINE过了,ANYWAY,谢谢你
