c 选项中的 it 存在指代不明的可能性，it 可以指代radio也可以指代telephone，那为什么c选项还是对的呢？
感觉OG里的解释总是会说which，it 这类词指代不明，到底怎区分啊？

指代不明不算错。只要该代词可以指代 句义需要它指代的内容 即可。
尽量找其他错误比如conceived of sth to be, conception was a substitute, but which is...句子不完整等等
