首先先解释more 和 great 的区别，方便起见直接引用帖子了，抱歉。

（这里补充一点，如果你改写成 the more likely are they to have coronary disease 我认为也是正确的。这是 more likely 的固定用法，可跟 great likelihood 方便做比较。)

其次，倒装的问题，the more...the more 一般是正常语序，但是有时为了避免”头重脚轻“，后半部分可以全倒装或者部分倒装。这种细微的语法点GMAT一般不会做split，了解就好，网上很多可以去搜搜。

最后比较的是喝咖啡的量与患心脑血管疾病的可能性。

把以上综合一下，就可以得出D

求教！B选项不是说的是可能性大小么？怎么就跟数量大小混淆了呢？
