We do not know whether "capitalized" modifies narratives or Beatrix Potter.

我认为，gmat原来的意思是想说，这个coordinating这个短语可能有修饰上的歧义，一个是修饰BP,这个时候做伴随状语，另外一个就是遵从touch rule 修饰illustrations,如果遵从Touch rule去修饰illustrations的话显然不对，因为illustrations自己不可能coordinate自己。那么剩下这一种可能就是做BP这个人的伴随状语，也就是说，BP在coordinate的同时，还capitalize on....，这样不符合逻辑语义，原来逻辑是想说，在book illustrations里，BP充分展现了他对大自然的热爱和观察,并且这个illustrations是和跟她的记事结合在一起的。但是A理解有可能理解成一个伴随状况，可能是一个正在发生的事情，所以跟capitalized不符

曼哈顿里面有一句话是这样说的： YOU ALWAYS MUST FIGURE OUT WHICH GRAMMATICAL STRUCTURES ARE LOGICALLY ARALLEL BEFORE MAKING THEM STRUCTRACLLY PARALLEL. 在逻辑上要有这种合理性。现在分词做伴随状语有两个考法：** 前一个分句整体上对后面某一个对象的作用 ** 两个同时发生的动作，补出主语的动作。所以这句话如果按照A的理解一定是后一种理解法，也就是说capitalized的同时发生了coordinating，所以会让人confused

根据go的解释，carefully coordinating只能修饰book illustrations，并没有说到可能在修饰bp这个人，而a中自然而然就因为逻辑关系不对而排除掉修饰book illustration的可能，那为什么b没有排除修饰book illustrations，求解[attach]185764[/attach]
