这题为什么B可以而D不可以呢？

实意动词不要随便替换，尤其是没有原因的情况下

zones are principle, 取非后的句子不觉得很怪吗? 既然zones和principle不失对等的概念, 似乎用represent更能表达逻辑意思吧.

但是我有个疑问, 可以用one指代复数名词吗?

one不能指代复数名词。这里的one 指代principle。

记住了is,as这两个词前后的对象要对称，就是属性啊等等都要对称.不能说：doing sth is as sth。你要说：sth..., as sth. is也是同样的道理。
