B. as little risk as one chance in a million of causing

C. as little risk as one chance in a million that it will cause

D. a risk as little as one chance in a million for causing

E. a risk as little as one chance in a million for it to cause

疑问：
... present a risk as little as ... =... present as little a risk as ...所以除去其他错误不说，这里选项ABC和DE的差别在于是否应该有"a"。
那么这里用了 as little risk as ...是因为little修饰不可数名词吗？

如果是这样的话，以下用法是不是也可以了...？
... present a risk as few as ... （因为risk也可以是可数名词）

If you see "risk" as a noun, then you can follow this idiom: risk of doing (p.s: it is omnipotent in any situation.)
