我的疑问：A里面的they难道不应该是those才对么？they是完全指代“employment costs"连同它在in September的性质一起指代啊，这样是可以的么？Manhanttan SC里好像讲这样是不对的吧。

1首先要肯定，这句话的主语是什么，是Employment costs，不是Employment costs in September
2 什么时候用those？ 当主语有直接的修饰语的时候，注意是直接。这句话n September 做状语不是修饰
如果这句话是这样
Employment costs in September rose 2.8 percent in the 12 months, 你这样你这句主语才是Employment costs in September，后面采用those
