请教AIA3关于组织变革问题．想指出利弊两面，但好象都想不到各自的三个理由，不知大家有什么好的想法？

A3. “Government should place stricter limits on the ability of businesses to invade citizens’ privacy through telemarketing, E-mail, advertising, collection of personal information on consumers, and so on, even if those limits affect businesses’ profitability and competitiveness.”
1No one has the ability to invade others' privacy. It violates the law and the ethics.
2The business's nature to pursue profit necessitates the supervision from the government.
3The supervision will also in long term benefit the business.
