选D，这道题我看不准思路。NN指点

我觉得A中，More than ever在句首修饰不清，既可以表示“more paper than ever”又可以表示“more expected than ever”

另外，paper是不可数名词，感觉直接用more来表示其数量的变化不妥，就想我们平时一提到纸的数量时总会在前面加上“n piece(s) of paper”一样，这里也应该加上“the amount of ”这样更明确。

那E呢？是主现从将的原因么？

我觉得这里不能少is expected to，因为is expected to代表一个估计，E的意思好像是这个Increase已经是事实了

反正，原题里的词被删减改动一般都不好
