ABC三个答案不知道怎么排除，我觉得allow to do x和 doing是一样的，不知道该如何选择
答案是C

首先搞懂句义。
A.perceiving是与allow并列做同时发生的动作。不符合句义
B.with+ A of B 结构，B后面跟了一个分词定语。句子的中心不对（至少我是这么觉得）。
C.句义更符合逻辑。
