我是这么想的：
这题我理解就是一个关于基数的问题，虽然lp的人数增加很多，然并卵，share并没有增加，为什么呢？因lp工作的人本来基数就大呗。设想一下，如果1982年lp有100人， hp只有10人。在13年间lp增加了50人，只相当于增加了0.5倍，但hp只要增加10人就相当于增加了原来人数的一倍辣。
b项说的是1995年的关系，但是看share（％）的增加应该分母是1982年吧，所以无关
c项说了他因，跟要比较的两者无关
d项只说了lp的人变化了，跟基数无关，排除
e项的话给人感觉lp公司变多了，跟招多少人无关吧, 排除
