问题是问：help to explain。那麽答案应该是顺着原文说的。

这一题的答案解释太少了，说服不了我。而他说正确答案是b， b里面的middle age又是哪里来的呢？b又怎么顺着题目走了呢？
下周就考试了，复习复得好纠结！求cder帮忙解答！

是Typo Error，应该是Middle ear。

virus develop--->bacterial manifest---->middle ear infections

Antibiotics不能治virus，但对bacterial infections有效，也就可以治疗middle ear infections（virus develop依旧可以develop但是不会有middle ear infections了）

恩，题目middle ear 不是middle age。
help to explain ,必须得把题目不符合逻辑的地方给解释下，
只有B的解释是合理的。
