标题: MBA和MASTER申请难度比较分析
我想问下，对于刚工作两年的人，申请master和MBA，哪一个更容易呢？也就是说哪一个更容易获得好学校录取呢？谢谢

金融和会计呢比如UIUC

楼主我也只有2年经验。。。也和你纠结一样的问题，不过你要想在专业路上发展的话读个金融会计master工作经验会加分的，uiuc我有同学本科毕业就去读金融。所以还是看你职业发展……

那MBA是针对什么发展的，走上管理岗位的人吗？

也不是吧。。。我感觉mba其实更多的是networking开开眼界，而master是学知识比较多吧

很多牛校的会计硕士没有工作经验的要求呀，比如UIUC，就一直有录取的刚毕业的本科生。但牛校的ＭＢＡ还是更注重工作经验了。

Hello there,
Actually I don’t know any Chinese! Only we have people in the office who help us translate so we can help our Chinese clients

Everything depends on your goals - an MBA is a good general business and leadership program where you are required to have worked experience (3 years). The Finance and Accounting MS are geared towards those two specific industries, whereas an MBA will leave you open to join any industry.
