答案是A,排除BCDE轻而易举,不过我对这个完成时不太理解,感觉是“毫无征兆”就用了个完成时,官方解释如下:
The present perfect infinitive to have recorded correctly describes that were held about arecording event that occurred in the past but is now no longer considered to be a historical recordingevent.

不定式的完成时先于谓语动作发生,表示在那个时间前已经发生过的事情

这不就对应了官方解释了么,occurred in the past but is now no longer considered to be a historical recording event
