标题: 求问平行结构and前是否要加逗号？
如题（加粗部分需要修改）：
Voters want to elect a president who genuinely cares about health care, the environment, the travails of ordinary men and women, has the experience, wisdom, and strength of character required for the job.

正确答案改成： the environment, and the travials of ordinary men and women, and who has the experience, wisdom,

我想问：travials前面那个and和who后面的and 不会混淆层次吗？以及travial前面的and 不加行不行？就像平时日常生活中：apple, banana and orange这样。

最顶层： a president who..., and who....
次顶层：who genuinely cares about A, B, and C
who has D, E, and F
最底层： the travials of ordinary men and women

travials前面那个and和who后面的and 不会混淆层次吗？
否。见上。

以及travial前面的and 不加行不行？不会混淆。
不行。A, B, and C必须这样

第二个who从句and前的逗号可以省略吗？
是因为避免与前面的并列产生歧义才加的逗号么？
