[attach]165927[/attach]请问这题的前提跟结论是什么呢。。。我做的时候觉得是这句：
An economist argues that this insurance is partly responsible for the high rate of bank failures, since it removes from depositors any financial incentive to find out whether the bank that holds their money is secure against failure.
我理解成因果关系，因为客户没有积极性去监督银行，导致银行破产率高。所以我选了D，排除他因作为一个假设（取非以后也可以削弱啊有木有）。

但是答案是E。。貌似最后一句条件关系才是前提和结论：
If depositors were more selective, then banks would need to be secure in order to compete for depositors’ money.
所以这种前提结论到底怎么找呢。。还有几天就考试了，先跪谢大神！！！

这种题叫“前提有效性”

如果开户者更小心，那么银行就会更努力不倒闭。

前提是因，结论是果。

假设是前提（也就是因）必须有效。比如：如果我有钱，我就包个妞顺便玩。假设是什么？假设是“我必须真的可以有钱”，如果我是苏乞儿注定屌丝要饭的命，这个前提“我有钱”就永远不可能发生，那么果就不可能发生了。
想明白了其实很无聊，因为几乎任何一个前提结论推理都必须满足这个假设。前提有效，你说是不是废话？前提无效我提这个前提干屁？但是有时候GMAC就是这么无聊。

所以中间那句话是因为有那个partly because所以不是前提结论吗。。。

The economist's argument是什么？题里说的很清楚
