是不是说：采用新的生产技术，生产定做义肢的成本下降了多少？

题目：计算机辅助设计的定制义肢虽然比传统的贵两倍，但是定制义肢其实更加实惠。因为不但外科手术和康复的时间减少，而且定制的义肢更加经久耐用，因此降低日后住院的需要。

C：与使用传统的义肢比较，使用定制义肢使得重复外科治疗的需要减少的程度。

我觉得题目主要是比较cost-effective,C只是讨论治疗需要的减少程度，必须还有一个减少程度和cost的逻辑连接——减少的程度导致降低的治疗费用比定制增加的费用低。

我认为C正确是因为其reduce the need for repeat surgery说明了为什么custom replacements reduce the need for further hospital stays,因此对C的否定回答(if costom replacements cannot reduce the need for repeat surgery)可以weaken结论costom replacements reduce the need for further hospital stays.

开始我也觉得C只比较了benefit,没有cost,不够充分。

刚才看了一下问题：“Which of the following must be studied in order to evaluate the argument”，也就是说问题问下面哪一点是必须evaluate, 即得出是否effective结论而evaluate的必要条件是什么，而不是，对下面那一点的evaluate可以充分得出是否cost effective的结论？即 which of the following, if evaluated, can answer whether it is effectiv.
