看到这个题，答案是A。。
我的问题是，在ARGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION题型中，premise难道不应该是文中已经提到的么，只是换一种说法而已，来支持结论。
这里结论是，rework不是因为第一遍工人做的不好，只是复杂维修REWORK更CONCENTRATION，比第一遍更RELIABLE。。。
