标题: OG16 SC26 & SC29 很简单的题目然而结构我搞不懂T-T
SC26. None of the attempts to specify the causes of crime explains why most of the people exposed to the alleged causes do not commit crimes and, conversely why so many of those not so exposed have?
A. have
B. has
C. shall
D. do
E. could
题目虽然做对了，但是句子的成分怎么也分析不通。
我的理解是None of the attempts to specify the causes of crime主语。explain谓语。省略了后面that。+宾语从句（why most of the people exposed to the alleged causes do not commit crimes and, conversely why so many of those not so exposed do）
但是在从句中，and前后分别有两个动词（exposed, do not commit, exposed, do) 这怎么可能嘛＝＝所以这里到底怎么分析？

SC29. By 1940, the pilot Jacqueline Cochran held seventeen official national and international speed records, earned at a time when aviation was still so new that many of the planes she flew were.

so...that...句式，答案是很清楚的。但是我依然分析不通句子结构。
earned修饰speed records, when定语从句修饰at a time所以可以作出答案。
但是that many of the planes she flew were这里，flew were两个动词，要怎么解释？

非牛望前辈们指正，我认为可能是
1.why most of the people （who are) exposed to the alleged causes
2.so new that+完整句 many of the planes( that )she flew were of ...

1. exposed to the alleged causes和not so exposed是修饰语，把它们划掉再看句子结构

2. she flew是修饰语，把它划掉再看句子结构

The girl I love is my deskmate.
这里love is两个动词，要怎么解释？

请问第一题为什么补出的是have？前边一句是people(exposed to) do not commit 谓语是Do，后边为什么不补出do呢？这其中有什么规律啊？谢谢指点

2明白了～忘记了定语从句先行词做宾语时可省略这件事－－谢谢^_^

至于1 因为定语从句先行词做主语不能省略，应该是像楼下说的一样是修饰关系。另外想问你怎样翻译people exposed to the alleged causes 这句话的？再次感谢

这个例子简单粗暴然我回想起先行词做宾语可以省略这件事哈哈哈谢谢谢谢～
另外……可以把第1题后半句翻译一下吗？我翻译不顺，人们被揭露。。。

不好意思是我没说清，答案是DO的。你没错！OG原题A选项是have所以我直按照OG原题type的。。

我觉得意思可能是"那些面临指控的人实际没有犯罪，相反没有受指控的人却犯罪了"
