(B) the equivalent of those enrolled in

(C) equal to those who are enrolled in

(D) as many as the enrollment of

(E) as many as are enrolled in

D不對的原因在於

句意上的模糊

也就是題目要說800萬人數相等於四年來註冊於大學人數的量,而不是註冊的數量

另外,D的as many as,這裡的as是表連接詞,所以後面要接主謂,光接一個enrollment引導的名詞詞組不對

-->所以有時候as ...as(表關代)如E

as....as(表連接詞)如D???

不知道我的理解是否有錯

D的错误不在于是否跟注册于大学的量比还是跟注册的数量比，而是它把人和数量比了，因此无论D改成哪种数量，比较对象都是不对等的。
