我觉得，from 可以单独作为某一事件或时间的起点，而until 可以单独作为某一事件或时间的终点，从这个意义上来说，原文应该没错。也就是说，两个词可以理解为不是固定连在一起的。另外，此处有此两词，似乎更能体现出第一个事件开始到第二个事件结束之间的延续性。

我有个问题：如果(C) between those wanting to collaborate with the Nazis with those opposing 中的with改成and会是正确答案么？

现在分词在这里当定语合理么？
