是说。“adhered to when

rather than through the practice of

decision-sharing.

”坚持---什么时候执行--以清楚地战略视野为背景而不是通过共同决定的实践。。“这究竟是什么咚咚

这句话的意思和前一句话差不多。但是我怀疑我们adhered to掉了plans这个词。

先摘掉不相关的--部分，则句子为：

Build strategies may be most closely adhered to (plans) when (65) implemented in the context of a clear strategic vision of an individual leader, rather than through the practice of decision-sharing.

当strategy是在领导者有清晰的战略视野的情况下实施，而不是通过decision-sharing来实施的时候，builde strategy可能是最忠于计划的。

adhere to有很多个意思，这里表示“忠于”可能更合适。

答案是A 我选的是B

我也错选了B

但是细看文章内容还是A更加合适

B的选项有问题，说是经历更加喜欢harvest 策略，但其实文章说的是使用harvest策略的经理为什么会更加的忠于计划

细细读后属于风马牛不相及。

但是很容易看到explain和because就reason的

26的B: perfer....无关内容.无中生有.文中没有提及manager的喜好.只是说不同目标战略的M达成各自目的的难易度.

B的错误在于文中没有提到经理们prefer。adhere是一个概念，prefer是另一个概念。

比如。我会严格的照着老板的要求做一件事情（adhere），但是我不一定赞成从而prefer。
