我觉得B是个很wordy的表达，先用个them来指代presenters再用who来做个限定，难道不觉得很麻烦么，还是D最好：）

从功能上说one of them和who都可以指代，所以OG说who competes with one as the subject of is
标准答案中的 one of whom，one是一个的意思，就是whom中的一个，whom和one没有冲突了。
