in an individual 是借此结构，除了samon的介词结构subject在介词后面，subject都在介词前面，这个是relative clause 的antecedent(subject)所以这里不是跳跃修饰，然后一般sth in some country, where这样的都是不同类的。跳跃修饰指的是长的clause嵌套进句子会很难理解，就把短的verb句子提前，subject +v+relative clause
