C的意思是说：M可以产生N，或是抑制N被分解/消除的过程。没有看出MM指的矛盾在哪？

我想表达的意思是从原文推出含Macrophages cells的 升高levels

但是C却说含Macrophages cells的 升高或维持了，

感觉多了个维持，但是经过lawyer的解释已经明白了
