the possibility of doing sth.A.BCits,it 指代 D,besides 后加的the...相当于n.

besides表示＂除．．．以外，还有．．．"

要考虑逻辑主语.the brewed leaves of Camellia sinensis,besides possibly preventing or inhibiting...,may also play a role in reducing ...
