为什么答案是B,而不是A啊？ compare不是一般用它的被动形式吗?

The problem with A is that what is compared to a ratio is not clear, while B solve this problem by specifying "a ratio".

我的意见：

INDICATE THAT 排除DE
A中的COMPARED TO 修饰歧义；且ON EVERAGE 应修饰全句排除
C中THEIR指代错误
B用同位语表达，简洁清晰

尽管LONGMAN上COMPARE TO have the same meaning with COMPARE WITH,but in gmat, compare to can not be accepted to compare sth with sth.都有问题但是最好的就只有b了
