下面是Melbourne Business school 对关于我以上问题的回复，但我还是不明白，是要去公证呢，还是要请公安局盖章？谢谢

Thank you for your email and for your interest in the Melbourne Business School. In response to your query, we require TOEFL test reports to be in the form either of an original, sent directly to this Office by ETS, or a photocopy that is correctly certified. Similarly, photocopies of your passport must be correctly certified.
