你句意理解错了，none of which varies significantly with oil prices是说 没有哪个会跟着 oil price 变化很多的，就是说 oil price 变而 refining costs, distribution costs and tax 等价格不变。

我开始的理解是 没有哪一个与oil price 有很大差别，也就是说那些成本的价格与与oil price的价格变化方向、变化幅度是相同的， 而看了joe的解释，是说没有哪一个会跟着oil prices 变化很多的
