答案B是没有问题的。我的问题是如果把改成In 1986 inflation in medical costs slowed for the fifth consecutive year but was .和正确答案只差了in 1986的改动，在修饰上不知道是不是也可以。

同问有哪位知道指导一下啊 in 1986 for the fifth consecutive year 这两个位子前后有讲究吗互换位置有什么区别呢

我隐隐感觉还是有区别的但是说不出道理来
