不太明白这题是什么意思?B怎么就能反驳Mr. Primm’s claim了呢?

P的话主要就是说因为teaching H的成本比较高所以逐利的私人企业是不会开这样的医院。要反驳就要说明这样的医院虽然成本高但是收益也高仍然有利可图。B正好接着N提供的论据说明了这个问题。不知道解释的对不?
